We collect only the information necessary to operate and maintain the Service, including but not limited to:

Collected when a Tenant administrator creates a user account:
- Name
- Email address
- Password (stored using a one-way hashing method; passwords are not encrypted and cannot be reversed)
- Tenant/organization association
1.2 Operational and Dispatch Data
- Incident and dispatch records
- Logs, timestamps, and activity history
- Unit status information
- Messages, notes, and user input
- Uploaded files or attachments
1.3 Location Data (Field Personnel)
Collected only for field users using the mobile app:
- Real-time GPS location during active use
1.4 Technical Information
- IP address
- Browser or device type
- Operating system
- Error logs
2. How We Use Information
We use the information collected solely for the following purposes:
- Operating and maintaining the Service
- Dispatch functionality
- Unit location tracking
- System security
- Troubleshooting and support
3. How We Do NOT Use Information
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes
- We do not use your data for marketing
- We do not use your data for commercial analytics
4. How Information Is Shared
We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- With the Tenant: Your organization's administrators may access data associated with their Tenant account
- Service providers: Trusted third-party providers who assist in operating the Service, subject to confidentiality obligations
- As required by law: When disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies only for essential functions, including:
- Authentication
- Session management
We do not use cookies for advertising or non-essential tracking purposes.
6. Tenant Data Ownership
Tenants fully own all operational data created within the Service. Gazelle Industries, LLC (dba IncidentCAD) does not use or share Tenant data beyond what is required to operate the Service.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit
- One-way hashed passwords
- Role-based access controls
- Secure hosting infrastructure
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Tenants may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
10. Uptime & Availability
We make best-effort attempts to maintain Service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
